01/08/2002 Entry: "1/08/02 Morning"

I am taking a rest day today again. Believe it or not but I am still sore from my workout on Sunday. When I say sore, I mean I can really feel that I've worked my muscles and it's a good sore. This means I'll probably only do this workout 3 times a week at the most. I'm going to keep increasing the weight and the reps/sets until I get bored.

I want a treadmill. I really don't enjoy walking and won't do it alone, but I do know it's great exercise. Luckily my mom has one she wants to get rid of, which I just found out yesterday. I didn't even know she had one LOL. So I'm going to get that here asap so I can do some walking on my alternate days from weight lifting.

I have totally lost my appetite yesterday and today so far. I'm still not feeling good. I rarely lose my appetite so I'm going to enjoy this for as long as possible. Maybe I'll even drop a pound or two.

LOL Leah. I know what you mean about losing your appetite from not feeling good. That's kinda how I've felt the last couple days. Oh well, enjoy it while it lasts! I would also enjoy a treadmill to use when I don't have time to get to Curves or on the weekends. Maybe one of these days...

My hubby dropped his 35 pounds last winter by dieting with me and using the treadmill. Then in the spring he started running outdoors.

Hope you feel better soon! Good luck with the walking, and great with the weights.
