I still cannot believe how much weight I've gained in the past year, but pictures don't lie. I had almost talked myself out of posting any pictures but then decided what better motivation could there be than to know others are seeing these unflattering pictures of me. I am really disgusted with how I've let myself go and am looking forward to a new and better me.
