09/11/2001 Entry: "9/11 Morning"
It's a sad morning as the news unfolds about the plane crashes and attacks on America. I'm glued to the tv for further news and shocked by what I'm hearing. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families.

This is truly a horrible day. I am sick over it and really just don't even know what to do with myself right now. Being in a military family, you accept the risk of terrorism and have to be somewhat prepared for the possibility but this is far beyond anything anyone can prepare for. It is devestating in every sense of the word.
