Domy, my heart goes out to you. I know we often get into situations that seem utterly hopeless and unbearable, but please remember things usually do work themselves out in time. I know the words don't mean much but one thing I've learned is that nothing in life ever stays the same. This too shall pass. *big hugs*

What is it with people who think they can copy my entire layout and graphics from my website? I will not link to her site as I don't want to send any traffic her way. She claims to work for the government and is contacting her lawyer to see if she infringed on the said copyrights. I am so tired of this!! Even if she created all the graphics from scratch (which I highly doubt) she set them up in the exact same manner as my page. Even her spacing on the lines were exactly the same! You'd think she would know what the term plagiarism means, working for the government and all.

Oh, and the best part of all of this is she claims to be a web designer LOL. She has copyright notices and warnings to contact copyright violators' ISP's if they infringe on her copyrights! What a joke!
